Arabella Carey Adolfsson
As the Chief Executive Officer with DTA in charge of business development and contracts, Adolfsson has a global reach that she brings to her clients. DTA’s numerous clients include academia, R&D institutions and private companies. Adolfsson has a B.S. in Business and Management from the University of Redlands, a Global Bio-Executive Certificate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley. She attended schools in Mexico and France, is bilingual and loves deep sea fishing.
Ulises Elias

Ulises has gathered a hands-on experience in the design, implementation and management of regional economic, business and entrepreneurship development projects, considering two programs funded by the Inter-American Development Bank in Mexico and high-level studies in Innovation Management in Denmark. He co-founded the high-tech business accelerator Mindhub in Tijuana, and he ran the business accelerator Orion Startups in Chihuahua, Mexico. He is a consultant in Strategy and Innovation.
